The most visible accomplishments of LSA Design have been the transit stations and parking facilities designed for our clients' growth: the facilities represent the physical realization of our planning efforts and federal funding applications. Based on the demand and feasibility analysis performed for our clients, LSA provides site selection and design options to best serve the client. Facilities include transit stations, parking facilities and bus garage / maintenance facilities. Transit facilities range from small custom neighborhood shelters to climate-controlled park and ride passenger stations, to "flagship" transit hubs which include office space, community rooms, passenger amenities and conveniences, and timed-transfer loading platforms. Parking structures are often designed to accommodate future vertical expansion, based on forecasted parking need and availability of funding.
