Dave has extensive experience in the design, project management and delivery of building types including historic remodeling, governmental service centers, retail facilities, educational and multi-unit residential complexes.  A strong designer, he understands the importance of meeting project, firm and client objectives.  He passionately maintains a high level of quality and service throughout the project life.

Dave was instrumental in the design & delivery of over 90 Media Play stores in 3 years, developing an expertise in management & staffing of the "team" to produce successful programs.  Dave also was project manager of Two Carlson Parkway, Plymouth, MN, which is a National Association of Industrial and Office Properties Award winner.

Dave is a registered architect in the states of Minnesota and Wisconsin, and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).  He is also a Certified Interior Designer (CID) in Minnesota.
