In 2002, LSA Design was called to update a Park and Ride Study, which LSA originally performed in 1990. In addition to a thorough review of existing conditions, LSA Design performed a demand analysis that would estimate the number of park and ride stalls that would be required to keep up with growing demand in the service area. LSA Design also evaluated and ranked existing and potential park and ride facilities to prioritize future facility improvements.
