This analysis reviewed the existing transit services in Scott County and estimated demand for park and ride stalls in 2010 and 2020. The study also included site selection criteria that were used to rank and evaluate a number of existing and potential park and ride locations. The study was conducted as one of the first steps in pursuing federal and state funding for transit facilities in the County.
