The purpose of this report is (1) to provide an estimate of demand for park and ride stalls in the Ramsey Town Center (RTC); and (2) to provide background information on transit services in the RTC, identifying both short-term and long-term transit needs. Upon general agreement on the report recommendations, LSA performed a Parking Feasibility Study locating and phasing one transit / parking facility and an additional parking facility within the RTC. The first phase is now underway, and the Ramsey Municipal Parking Facility will provide park-and-ride spaces for commuters, connections to the Northstar Commuter Coach (and planned Commuter Rail Line), and shared parking.
