The feasibility study details the scope of the proposed parking improvements for the Ramsey Town Center.  It provides estimated costs and a proposed method of financing for the improvements. Information utilized in the preparation of this study included parking and transit demand studies, review of proposed uses for Ramsey Town Center, survey information and discussions with City staff. The study was adopted by the City Council and provided the basis for financing of the first phase of the Ramsey Municipal Parking Facility, and the first phase of the West Parking Facility.
