Red Oak Preserve is a redevelopment site in Oakdale, Minnesota, which will include senior cooperative housing, rowhouses/townhouses, single family houses, and a new Washington County Housing and Redevelopment Authority office building.

LSA Design, with Shelter Corporation, has been working extensively with multiple stakeholders to preserve existing trees and wetland, to accommodate a blend housing types, and to meet federal replacement housing requirements. In addition to market-rate housing, the site also provides affordable housing options through partnerships with Habitat for Humanity and the Two Rivers Community Land Trust.
