This multi-modal facility is the first phase of transit and parking improvements for the Ramsey Town Center based on two comprehensive studies performed by LSA (see the Transit and Parking studies). The facility is located next to the Ramsey Municipal Center, and adjacent to the designated Northstar Commuter Rail corridor. Phase I is now complete; the facility will provide shared parking for Ramsey Town Center and park-and-ride spaces for commuters. Architectural features include a precast elements and field-cast, integral colored concrete.
