Ramsey Town Center (RTC) has been designated a "Smart Growth Opportunity" site by the Metropolitan Council. The RTC is a 320 acre mixed-use joint development composed of commercial, entertainment, retail, restaurant and office uses along with over 3,500 housing units.  A key component of the mixed use is the provision of a transit element (park and ride, shared parking, transit station). LSA Design was hired by the City of Ramsey to perform a transit and parking demand study, design a parking facility and to provide support in developing the core area. LSA also authored a grant application requesting federal CMAQ funds for facility expansion and commuter buses.
