LSA Design, in association with Shelter Corporation, prepared concept design, preliminary engineering and preliminary and final plat for a mixed-use housing project in Robbinsdale, MN. Project includes 60 units of senior cooperative housing (Wellspring at Parker Village), 142 single-family attached townhomes, and 9 single family detached homes. The project is currently under construction and is scheduled to be completed in 2006.
