The City's first major transit hub and transit-oriented development places a climate-controlled passenger terminal and bus turn-around within a shared parking facility. It is adjacent to a "lifestyle center" by Opus Development which offers upscale shops and a variety of restaurants in an open, landscaped setting. In collaboration with Opus and the City, LSA developed this project from the ground up, providing a detailed shared parking analysis, full A/E service, and administration of federal funds. LSA ensured that all transit and parking elements were planned in concert with the retail center, which was under construction at the same time.
