LSA, in association with Albersman & Armstrong, provided an alignment study, land use and site planning, and passenger station design options for the Las Vegas Monorail extension running from Tropicana Avenue to McCarron International Airport. LSA and Albersman also provided analysis of the Resort Casino Corridor and potential development impacts of this extension. Phase II of this project is scheduled to include a detailed passenger survey and an Origin/Destination sampling of airport passengers to refine ridership projections as well as more detailed station area planning and design at the airport.
