LSA Design, Inc. has developed a specialty securing FTA / FHWA funds for land acquisition and construction of mixed-use transit stations throughout this region. In doing so, LSA has provided their clients with project funding to create densely populated commercial, employment, and housing centers with a transit station element to provide connections throughout the community and other regional centers.

While working closely with their clients, LSA specializes in the preliminary phases of project development which leads to a successful grant application. Acting as overall Project/Grant Manager, LSA provides services in all phases of transit facility projects including Preliminary Design, Final Design, Bidding, Contract Services, and Construction Administration.
