LSA provided all services, from planning and design to development, required to complete the first mixed-use transit station in this market. Site uses were blended to compliment transit and provide revenue for the station's operations and maintenance. The facility features a climate-controlled terminal, service/information center, MVTA offices, a Dakota County License Center, covered boarding platform, parking facilities, and highway access ramp onto the adjacent interstate. Additional amenities include pedestrian plaza, bike lockers, and access to regional trails; daycare and housing are also located on the site. LSA secured and administered federal funding for all phases of this project.
