The Bookmen Stacks is a new residential lofts tower next to the renovated Bookmen Lofts in the warehouse district of Minneapolis.  It is located just blocks from the entertainment district, downtown, the Hiawatha LRT and the Mississippi River.  The area is becoming increasingly redeveloped into a thriving residential and commercial area. 

LSA Design was Architect of Record and parking consultant, and James Dayton Design was design architect.  Features include an open floor plan, exposed concrete structure, floor-to-ceiling glass, integrated balconies, and a common rooftop terrace. A landscaped courtyard sits atop the roof of the below grade parking facility as will a future restaurant.
